In the last year-and-a-half, I’ve been trying to knit new socks for David, but somehow I always get stuck on the second sock. He likes plain socks, and I get bored. I knit socks on size 2mm needles, so there are a lot of tiny, boring stitches. Now I’ve found a solution: use 6-ply yarn! That way, I need to knit less stitches, making the process going faster, and David gets socks that are a bit thicker, which is nice when it’s cold. I proudly present my Challenge Socks, finished in just one week!
