My Catkin has been blocking for a day, so I took it off the blocking mats and started sewing on buttons. I chose quite plain, dark greyish ones, since the rest of the shawl is already quite blingy. I’m very happy with the result!

Wat mooi geworden! Het is een prachtig ontwerp. En helemaal af binnen de olympische spelen! Knap gedaan.

Toen ik eenmaal bezig was ging het een stuk sneller dan ik had verwacht. Het resultaat ziet er ingewikkelder uit dan het patroon eigenlijk is. En je weet, met fijne wol werkt het ook lekkerder, dat stimuleert 🙂
