When I was in the hospital for knee surgery last week, luckily I had my iPad with me to help me stay entertained. My surgery was at about 11-13h, but I had to stay the night. David had bought me a Suske & Wiske, the first I read in years, perfect hospital reading. I also brought my knitting, but I never realised that knitting would be hard with the IV still attached to my hand. So, no knitting.
After watching some tv, including Dr Phil (I was that desperate), I got a great idea: I could paint a little on my iPad! Relaxing, no pressure, indulging in nice colours and shapes… perfect! So, here are the results:
